Habiterra is an Earth and ocean exploration application for Meta Quest. The app may visualize planetary, atmospheric, oceanic and optional live-style traffic data layers.

Habiterra can integrate third-party services for ships, aircraft, satellites, climate datasets or other external data layers. If such services are used, data requests may be transmitted to the respective provider. Those providers act under their own terms and privacy rules.

If users enter their own API keys, those keys are used only for the corresponding external service access within the product context.

6. Storage and retention

Data is limited to what is necessary for operation, support and improvement. Locally stored information can generally be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the application. Server-side diagnostic data, if collected, should only be retained as long as operationally necessary.

7. User rights

Users may request information about personal data processing or request deletion of stored personal data where applicable. Requests can be sent to ivo.haeusle@gmx.de.
